First thing first.... Was your vehicle towed consensual or nonconsensual?

For those that do not understand the difference:

Consensual: Consensual towing is when your vehicle is towed WITH your permission. You, or anyone in possession or control of your vehicle, voluntarily wants or needs a tow or service.
This type of towing can include your car being towed when:

1. You, or anyone driving your car, calls a towing company for towing for any reason.
                2. Your insurance company calls a towing company in your behalf for towing for any reason.

Nonconsensual: Nonconsensual towing is when your vehicle is towed WITHOUT your permission.
This type of towing can include your car being towed when:

                1.
You have been arrested or involved in an accident and the police call for towing your car.
                2.
Your vehicle was illegally parked (Commonly referred to as Private Property Impound, or PPI)
